Manufacturer responsibility does not end
with sale to the wholesaler

Wholesalers and dealers are extensions of the manufacturer . . . not the customer

  • Parts -- Some have requirements for country of origin.  Most want to buy bearings 'locally'

  • Tires -- Standard North American size (15", etc.)

  • Literature/Marketing information -- Geared to North America.  American English, no poor translations

  • National Advertising Presence -- Commitment to support advertising

  • Warranty -- Wholesalers can help facilitate warranty decisions based on manufacturer policy. Work together to set policy.

  • Product Liability Insurance -- Requirements in U.S. and Canada

  • Safety Signs/Decals -- Slow moving vehicle decals, lights, safety chains for towed machines
