The FEWA Contact Forum is designed to provide manufacturers a unique opportunity for an introductory meeting with individual FEWA members. At this event, it’s the FEWA wholesalers who are behind the tables.

The 1½ hour session helps bring together manufacturers looking for distribution and the FEWA wholesalers looking for those new products. The Contact Forum can be used to determine mutual interest in setting up an appointment during the convention week. It’s designed to allow the exchange of basic information that will help wholesalers and manufacturers determine if a manufacturer’s product will fit with the wholesalers’ current lines and the market potential of the product in their territory. If both parties agree, an appointment should be scheduled to discuss details and contractual arrangements. Appointments can be scheduled immediately following the Contact Forum, or for later in the Convention Week.

The Contact Forum is not intended to be used as an extended sales promotion . . . that’s for convention appointment times. All FEWA members will be encouraged to leave the two hours immediately following the Contact Forum available for appointments made during the session.

Only persons registered to attend either the FEWA Convention, FEWA’s Industry Showcase or the FEMA Convention will be allowed into the Contact Forum. Manufacturers with new products for wholesalers to handle will get the most benefit from attendance at this session . . . and from pre-registering for the session as well.

Visitor Pass:

Specially created for companies that are unfamiliar with the workings of the FEWA, FEMA and AIMRA conventions . . . and want the opportunity to check it out, without registering for a convention. The Visitor Pass will allow one individual from a firm access to view both the Industry Showcase and the Contact Forum. This is NOT registration to exhibit in the Show, nor is is registration for the FEWA convention, which is available to FEWA Regular and Associate members only.
